CarBattery.ae offers on-demand vehicle support services, which include:

•  Emergency roadside assistance
•  Car towing and recovery services Flat tire assistance 
• Pre-purchase vehicle inspections
•  Basic mechanical and maintenance services 

We do not offer cosmetic or detailing services. Any such requests will not be accepted. 

2. Service Availability 

• Services are subject to availability based on: 
• Technician availability and location
•  Service hours and regional coverage 
• Weather and traffic conditions 
• We strive to provide quick response times, but do not guarantee service within a fixed timeframe. 

3.Bookings and Cancellations 

Bookings can be made by contacting us at the number listed on the website. Customers must provide accurate vehicle details and their current location. Cancellations must be communicated at least 15 minutes before the scheduled dispatch.

 Failure to cancel in time may result in a call-out fee or service charge.

4. Pricing & Payments 

Prices vary based on service type, location, and vehicle model. Payments must be completed in full via cash, card, or approved digital wallets. In some cases, deposits may be required before service delivery. We reserve the right to revise prices without notice, except for confirmed bookings. 

5. Warranties and Liability

 Battery replacements typically include a manufacturer's warranty (as specified by the best car battery brand used for your service). CarBattery.ae does not warrant third-party components or previously installed parts. 

We are not responsible for damages arising from pre-existing issues or incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer. 

CarBattery.ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or revenue, resulting from service delivery delays, part failures, or unforeseen breakdowns. 

6. Customer Responsibilities

 Ensure accurate communication of vehicle condition and location. Secure any personal items before handing over the vehicle. Treat staff and technicians with respect and professionalism. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service. 

7. Pre-Purchase Inspection Disclaimer 

Our inspections are visual and diagnostic. We do not guarantee future performance or the condition of any vehicle. The inspection report is based on observable factors at the time of service.

 8. Intellectual Property 

All content, visuals, logos, and written materials on www.carbattery.ae are the property of CarBattery.ae and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent. 

9. Amendments

CarBattery.ae reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions anytime. Continued use of our website or services after updates signifies your agreement to the modified terms. 

10. Governing Law

 The laws of the United Arab Emirates govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE legal procedures.
