Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Car Battery website and engaging in our mobile car battery replacement services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Car Battery provides mobile car battery replacement services across Dubai, delivering premium, manufacturer-recommended batteries directly to the customer’s location. Our services include battery diagnostics, delivery, installation, and eco-friendly disposal of old batteries.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate vehicle and location information.
Be the owner of the vehicle or have authorization to service it.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or through our website.
Full payment is due upon successful installation of the battery.
We accept multiple payment methods, including cash, cards, and digital wallets.

Note: Bookings are subject to technician availability and may be rescheduled due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.

4. Pricing & Charges

All prices are listed in AED and include VAT (where applicable).
The final price includes diagnostics, battery delivery, installation, and old battery recycling.
Any additional parts or services (e.g., terminal replacements, jumpstart) will be charged separately with prior consent.

5. Technician Conduct and Identification

To ensure safety and professionalism, all Car Battery technicians are required to adhere to strict conduct and identification protocols. Each technician will:

Carry official company-issued photo identification.
Wear branded uniforms displaying our company logo.
Arrive at the scheduled location within the promised time window.
Maintain a courteous and professional attitude at all times.

Customers are encouraged to verify the technician’s ID and appearance before allowing access to their vehicle. If there is any uncertainty or concern regarding technician identity, customers are advised to contact our support team immediately before proceeding with the service.

6. Warranties

Each battery comes with a brand-specific warranty ranging from 12 to 24 months. Warranty details will be communicated during installation and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Misuse or improper installation by third parties.
Electrical faults in the vehicle are affecting battery performance.
Accidental or physical damage after installation.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.
No-show or last-minute cancellations may result in a service charge.
Refunds are only applicable in cases of incorrect battery installation or product defect not resolved within the warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

Car Battery and its technicians are not liable for:

Pre-existing issues in your vehicle’s electrical system.
Damage resulting from customer-requested installations that override technician recommendations.
Indirect or consequential losses, such as vehicle downtime or towing costs.

9. Battery Disposal Policy

At Car Battery, we are committed to environmentally responsible practices. All replaced car batteries are collected by our technicians during service and disposed of by UAE environmental regulations and municipal waste disposal laws.

We work exclusively with certified battery recycling agencies to ensure that hazardous materials are handled properly and that recyclable components are processed through official channels. Customers can request proof of proper disposal if required.

10. User Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate vehicle make, model, and location details.
Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible area.
Not hold the Car Battery liable for delays caused by inaccurate information or unsafe working conditions.

11. Privacy & Data Use

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected (e.g., name, contact number, vehicle information) is used strictly for service fulfillment and customer communication. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Car Battery and protected under UAE intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Service Availability

While we strive to provide round-the-clock service, there may be instances where service is temporarily unavailable due to:

Weather conditions
Public holidays
Emergency breakdowns of mobile units

We reserve the right to decline or delay service in such cases with prior notice to the customer.

14. Changes to Terms

Car Battery reserves the right to update or change these Terms anytime. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the website or services after any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
